Description
Other Magic is an old-style zine designed to translate “real” magic practices into a format that is useful for fantasy and horror RPGs. OSR-style versions of the spells are provided, but the content is written in a way that makes the material easily adaptable to just about any system.
Other Magic gives background information on the real-world magic traditions that inspired the spells and rituals it covers: Pennsylvania Dutch Braucherei/Powwowing, Brujeria / Hechiceria / Curanderismo, Hoodoo / Rootwork / Conjure, Ozark Magic, and Russian Slavic Zagovory.
